The short version: use the site lawfully, the content is ours and our clients', and actual projects are governed by separate signed agreements.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing 10pct.club, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

10% Club is a branding agency offering design, web development, merchandise, social media, and video services. The website provides information about our services and a way to contact us. Specific services are governed by separate agreements (Project Agreement or Retainer Agreement).
3. Use of the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. You must be at least 18 years old to submit inquiries or enter into agreements. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at our discretion.
4. Inquiries & communications
Information submitted through the inquiry form is delivered to us by email and used solely to respond to your inquiry; nothing you submit is stored on this website's server. Automated anti-spam checks run on all submissions. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. By contacting us, you consent to being contacted by 10% Club regarding your inquiry. We are not obligated to respond to every inquiry.
5. Intellectual property
All content on 10pct.club (text, images, design, code, branding) is owned by 10% Club. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without written permission. Portfolio images may depict work created for clients; those clients retain rights to their respective brand assets.
6. Third-party links & services
The site contains links to third-party websites, including social media, payment processors, and live client sites we have built. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
7. Payment processing
Payments for services are processed through PayPal and/or manual invoicing. 10% Club does not store payment card information directly. Payments made through PayPal are subject to PayPal's terms of service and privacy policy. Pricing displayed on the website is for reference only; final pricing is established in individual agreements.
8. Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 10% Club is not liable for any damages arising from use of the website. In no event shall liability exceed $100 for claims related to website use (not service agreements, which have their own liability terms).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify 10% Club against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms.
10. Privacy
We collect only information you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone, business name). This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in Chelan County, WA.
12. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
